Allison began with Ray White in 2005 as the Turramurra receptionist and with her enthusiasm and drive moved into Sales Support within the year. In 2007 she left Ray White to open up a café in North Sydney though her path lead her back to Ray White Hornsby in 2015.
Her Sales and Admin Support position is responsible with the dealings between solicitors, vendors and buyers from exchange through to settlement, focusing on the financial side of the sales transaction. Taking pride in her administration skills with her attention to detail, organisation skills and perfectionism nothing gets past her.
Allison has worked in customer service and managerial positions for the better part of two decades with a vast level of knowledge in all aspects of the industry. Her dedication to customer service and always going that extra step in assisting the client in any given situation is innate. She is most proud of owning her own café for over 4 years and surviving it! Winning the café industry’s Business Achiever Award in 2009 and runner up in 2010 was her great success.
Speaking fluent Spanish Allison enjoys connecting with the ever growing Hispanic community in the Hornsby area whenever she has the opportunity. Having immigrant parents Allison understands and appreciates the importance of living in such an amazing free country that is Australia. She is proud to be an Australian and with the same given token she immerses herself in her rich culture. She has lived all over Sydney and like a true Aussie her favourite part is anywhere near the ocean.
Passionate, honest, genuine and down to earth Allison has flair with connecting with people on every level. When not working she gives her time to her nieces and nephews and the simple things in life like being close to the ocean, dancing and eating good food.
